This was Lidl's "plonk-ish" version, then, for about €7 a bottle, but very nice. We will definitely be buying more of it. The pork chops, incidentally, were fried fairly gently in a mix of the oil with crushed juniper berries and lemon juice. They had an interesting 'gin' type smell and tasted delicious.
